Lydd Library - FREE Comic Book Making Workshop 3 August with Astrid Goldsmith

Comic book making workshop on Monday 3rd August 12:30- 14:00 with  Astrid Goldsmith (@mockduckstudios) an award-winning stop-motion animator and writer who lives in Folkestone, England. Goldsmith’s graphic short story A Funeral in Freiburg won the Observer/Jonathan Cape prize. She writes for animated television series and is a visiting lecturer at several universities.

There will be an exhibition of the comics made on 24th August.

Help us celebrate the National Year of Reading, children will receive a copy of the a free world book day comic book for taking part in the project.
